A deep understanding of the strategic sales process in a complex business environment. As is a vast knowledge of the Medical Industry and transformation plastic processes is a major asset for this position.

Qualification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business development and strategic selling role
- Relevant academic training
- Extensive experience with the strategic selling concept (consulting / added value selling).
- Computer savvy (MS O365, CRM, ERP)
- Established contacts with medical customers Purchasing & Engineering Groups
- Understanding of blow molding or injection molding preferred is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Availability to travel (valid passport)

**Responsibilities**:

- Accelerate the increase of Exo-s’ profitable medical sales by:

- Embracing Exo-s’ strategic sales process
- Positioning Exo-s as a market leader for the development and manufacturing of complex plastic medical devices
- Developing short term sales via existing customer contacts
- Developing long term sales via the identification of emerging medical companies who will value Exo-s’ proposition
- Identifying all key members of the decision-making process, evaluating their needs (hurts) and level of influence.
- Collaborate with the quote and manufacturing team to create value for our medical customers

General responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers to maximize the opportunity to quote new medical business that is aligned with the Exo-s’ strategic selling process
- Manage our customer’ Request For Quote (RFQ) responses:

- Have a full understanding of the customer hurts
- Review and analyze customers RFQs and collaborate with the quote and manufacturing team to create value for our medical customers
- Coordinate and lead the negotiation process with our customers
- Optimize the win rate by analyzing projects that we do not win and make recommendations to achieve success for future opportunities
