**We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Bilingual - English/French)**

We’re seeking a **Business Development Manager** to join our Sales Team, reporting to the Regional VP. This role is all about **growing new business, building client trust, and maximizing revenue potential** across your assigned territory. You’ll be the face of Gateway to prospective customers, helping veterinary partners feel supported and confident in our services.
**What You’ll Do**
- Aggressively pursue new business and expand Gateway’s presence in your territory
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals
- Leverage CRM tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create strong business solutions
- Represent Gateway at client meetings, events, and industry conferences
**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Bilingual in English & French (required)**
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Background in veterinary or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Clean driver’s record and access to a vehicle
