We are looking for an ambitious National Sales Manager who demonstrates our values of Care, Honour and Initiative and wants to make a difference and positively impact the lives of people across the country. Note, this is not a remote role.
**Your Role**:
Grow the sales team in quality and quantity by:
- Developing and scaling team members
- Providing strong day-to-day leadership for the sales and business development team
- Overseeing and aligning our marketing efforts
**Specific job role duties include**:
- Building and optimizing the Hi Performance sales process
- Coaching the sales team individually and in groups to strengthen selling skills
- Maximizing CRM usage to drive revenue
- Scaling the sales team through strategic, high-quality hiring
- Setting and executing a sales strategy to attract new customers and significantly grow revenue over the next decade
**Your Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years of proven sales management and leadership experience
- A passion for developing people and advancing their sales skills
- Strong quantitative abilities and a highly analytical, data-driven mindset
- Enthusiasm for ideating, testing, analyzing, marketing, and iterating
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, engaging style
- A collaborative team player
- A balanced mix of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
