We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our **Head Office in Abbotsford, BC** as a National Retail Manager. **This is a Full Time, regular position**.
The National Retail Manager will provide support and leadership to our Parts teams to manage all retails sales and marketing activities through effective coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure the objectives and standards of the business are met while achieving targets and fostering the growth of the business. Reporting directly to the National Manager - Parts & Procurement, this role will be accountable for overseeing the overall performance of the growth and penetration of the national retail parts segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Drive the Company Mission, Vision, and values by leading through example and ensuring collaborative communication and feedback between stores and National Parts.
- Provide critical insight and contribute to the development of the parts business segment’s growth plans.
- Provide management with sales forecasts for planning purposes as well as market intelligence pertaining to competitive programs, pricing and/or products in the market place.
- Support the development of new business through current and newly established distribution channels achieving established parts sales and market penetration objectives.
- Manage, organize and implement retail parts sales activities and programs.
- Organize and conduct retail parts sales systems training to parts personnel.
- Participate in and support various trade, public, distributor stakeholders.
- Develop dealership sales competency through parts sales, marketing programs and parts systems training to internal personnel.
- Develop and enhance the dealership online digitalization journey in the retail parts segment.
- Set clear goals, objectives and plans to meet budget targets and ensure accountability for performance. (KPI’s)
- Provide feedback on pricing, store layout and promotion to increase market presence and location performance.
- Create and implement a Planogram calendar for all locations.
- Encourage best practices to improve location performance and process improvement. (National Parts & Procedures Manual)
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of RV and the RV Industry for all parts staff. (PK)
- Function as a liaison between National Parts initiatives and Store Operations. Ensure there are clear paths of communication to both National Parts and Stores to ensure seamless roll outs of new strategies and processes.
- Standardize and streamline current parts JDs.
- Financial acumen in managing a P&L, ensuring that there is strong cost management.
- In conjunction with the National Manager - Customer Experience & Corporate Communications, elevate knowledge through mentorship and training ensuring a customer focused culture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal effectively at all levels of the organization.
- This position requires travel up to 6-10 times a year.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in retail parts management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and sales management.
- Experience in automotive, or related, and/or industrial parts and accessories, preferred.
- Experience in automotive (sales or service), preferred.
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary as is the need for fluency in speaking and writing English in order to communicate successfully with internal and external stakeholders at different levels of the organization locally and nationally.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to contribute to a team environment.
