Are you looking to get your cabinet-making career started? Our cabinet production team is looking for a new team member to provide general assistance on the production floor. In this position, you will learn to work with the CNC machine, edge bander, and a variety of other production tasks as you help to bring our clients’ vision to life

**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides general assistance to a variety of specialized positions throughout the production team
- Performs assembly of cabinet parts using hand tools including a chisel, mallet, hammer, and drill
- Reviews work orders for product specification and organizes parts to be assembled
- Modifies cabinetry material to proper dimensions using a CNC machine, edge bander, and other large-scale machinery
- Works either individually or with other team members to ensure the production of cabinetry runs smoothly
- Maintains a positive demeanor and encourages other team members
- Ensures a safe and clean workspace at all times; conducts a final clean of the workspace at end of day
- Upholds the Company values of quality, accountability, integrity, attention to detail, pride, and customer care

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in a production environment, cabinet making, or a related trade
- Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Valid Forklift Operator certification an asset
- Ability to operate standard hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Ability to regularly lift upwards of 50lbs

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
