**Kitchen Cabinet Installer (Experienced)** Are you currently working as a cabinet installer and looking for a new challenge? Have you always wanted a position that offers a 4 day compressed work week? We're growing again and currently seeking an experienced custom cabinet installer to join our team. The desired applicant will have **at least 3 years** of direct custom cabinet installation experience. **Core Position Functions**: - Professionally deliver and install custom cabinetry & millwork (job sites across central Ontario). - Assist in shop with various duties when required. - Organize and maintain vehicles, tools, stock etc. **Qualifications / Experience**: - Minimum of 3 years of direct experience installing custom cabinetry and millwork. - Read and interpret drawings and blueprints. - Ability to mitre and fit mouldings, scribe fillers, panels etc... - Proficient with safe use of common woodworking tools / equipment. - Valid Ontario G drivers license with clean driving abstract. **Other Requirements**: - Ability to work safely and efficiently. - Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. - Critical thinking and problem solving skill. - Able to work outdoors, in various weather conditions from time to time. - Physically fit. Performance driven. - Ability for overnight stays in hotels when required. **Reporting Arrangement**: - This position will report directly to our lead cabinet installer. **Our Mission**: To provide quality custom cabinetry and exceptional service, creating value within our brand. **The Norcab Team**: We are a mid sized, family owned and operated custom cabinetry company with over 25 years in the industry. Enjoy the work / life balance of a long weekend, every weekend.** Full time, day position. Approx 40-41 hours / week. Wage to be based on experience. Work schedule will vary slightly week to week depending on installation schedule.
