Cabinet Maker

**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a **Cabinet Maker** with **1-5 years of experience** in a cabinet or furniture shop to join our growing team. You’ll be working in our Barrie shop, building custom millwork and furniture pieces with precision and care.

This position is **full-time and permanent**. Installation experience is an asset but not required.

**Responsibilities**
- Build custom kitchen cabinets and furniture pieces according to detailed drawings and specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery such as panel saws, edgebanders, and drills safely and efficiently
- Assemble cabinets and components with accuracy and attention to detail
- Sand and prepare parts for finishing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Take pride in your work and continuously look for ways to improve craftsmanship and efficiency

**Qualifications**
- 1-5 years of experience in a cabinetmaking or furniture shop
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
- Installation experience is a bonus but not required
