**POSITION: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**STATUS: Full-Time**

**LOCATION: Kohl & Frisch Limited (Concord, ON)**

**REPORTS TO**:Marketing Manager, Independent Programs & E-Commerce**

**DEPARTMENT: Manufacturer Relations**

**Primary Role of This Position**

The Digital Marketing Specialist oversees the day-to-day activities within a range of various programs including the Independent (IND) Flyer Program, health One, HealthSnap, and various retail programs. They are responsible for all creation and production tasks with regard to the Independent Flyer Program, Kohl & Frisch web advertising, and HealthSnap.

**Major Responsibilities**
**Independent (IND) Flyer Program**

+ Coordinates production and execution of IND Flyer Program, which includes artwork, photos, price points, proofing, printing, and distribution activities associated with the flyer program

+ Coordinates the addition/deletion of stores from the flyer program and associated customer imprints

+ Coordinates, produces, and prints all point-of-purchase material such as posters, shelf talkers, calendars, etc.

+ Captures Customer Service/Sales teams feedback relative to IND Flyer Program

+ Coordinates IND flyer and completes pre-book reports for the Sales and Manufacturer Relations teams

+ Provides a list of health One products and images for monthly flyer

+ Participates in the coordination of all health One ads, promotions, and cataloguing

+ Creates high resolution photos for products on the flyer and website

+ Manages image library
**Retail**Programs**
+ Coordinates all production requirements in relation to the IND seasonal promotions, online order forms, price lists, and prebooks

+ Assists with the creation of PowerPoint presentations

+ Coordinates schedules for refreshing the web content made available for IND customers (top
- selling OTC items and web advertising)

+ Coordinates timely production and distribution of marketing collateral, including liaising with translators, agencies, printing houses and other vendors (Desktop Calendar)
**HealthSnap**
+ Provides customer service (orders, inquiries, complaints, website issues, payment issues, etc.)

+ Adds new items to the website

+ Ensures pricing on the website is competitive

+ Participates in the coordination of all HealthSnap promotions, blogs, and newsletter

+ Creates Instagram and Facebook posts and manages the platforms and Google Ads

+ Works with Kohl & Frisch warehouse, IT department and Canada Post to ensure customer orders and returns are accurate

+ Works with Finance to ensure customer payments are accurate

+ Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
**Customer**Relationships**
+ Ensures all wholesale partner price lists are up to date and accurate

+ Coordinates wholesale partner orders and follows through on delivery of orders

**Education and Experience**

+ OSSD is a requirement, post-secondary education with major in Marketing, Business and Graphic Arts is an asset

+ 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

+ Website maintenance experience

+ MailChimp, Instagram and Facebook Advertising experience

+ Google AdWords and Analytics

**Qualifications**

+ Experience manipulating large spreadsheets of data

+ Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator experience

+ Understands design restrictions and requirements for social media, website, and print

+ InDesign or Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat experience an asset

+ Must possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills

+ Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Results-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines

+ HeidiSQL experience an asset

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
