**The Role**:
As the SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for building keywords and directing the websites of several segments into organic growth, feeding the copywriter with data to work blog posts, industry reports, white papers, web and social copy, and more while collaborating with internal and external partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation of SEM and SEO strategies
- Backlinks building
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Recommend changes to web architecture and content to improve SEO rankings
- Conduct tests, collect and analyze results and identify trends and insight
- Report on KPI’s and be able to present to clients effectively
- Help to develop conversion funnels
- Improve search-related activities through ongoing analysis, experimentation or optimization tests, using A/B or multivariate methods
- Optimize digital assets, such as text, graphics or multimedia assets, for search engine optimization (SEO) or for display and usability on internet-connected devices
- Search Keyword and trends for different segments, companies, and services
- Prepare and present keyword list to be selected, based on the volume of searches and real data
- Review and analyze B2B client sites for areas needing improvement
- Prepare detailed strategy reports
- Create and launch SEO campaigns
- Improve clients’ 'rank' in major search engines
- Liaise with clients and update them weekly on performance
- Be able to learn and analyze clients’ industry and competitors
- Other related tasks, as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years’ experience in SEO
- SEMRush, ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Similarweb, SERank, Moz
- Search Console, Analytics
- Ability to manipulate code
- Comfortable and confident when speaking to clients
- Great business analysis skillset to understand client needs and come up with SEO strategy
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of all search engines and functions, as well as marketing
- Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking concepts
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Experience with HTML and CMS systems (WordPress, Shopify, Joomla) is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
