**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Specialist at Octopus Renovation Group, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, promoting our brand, and attracting new customers. We are looking for an individual who is creative, analytical, and passionate about renovation and design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Octopus Renovation Group's services.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Generate and maintain leads through various marketing channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced in Facebook campaigns and Google ads.
- Experienced in marketing for at least 2 years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
