We are seeking an experienced individual to be an integral part of our team in a blended role as a Customer Service Rep & Shipping Coordinator at one of our facilities located in Brampton, Ontario. If you have experience and a driven mentality, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to all assigned customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Set up deliveries/orders for trailers and complete all necessary paperwork (bills) corresponding with the loads.
- Store items received in appropriate storage areas, document any changes and ensure they are entered into the system.
- Prepare items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logístical details.
- Identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise.
- Planning and staging of shipments with effective use of floor space.
- Performing inventory cycle counts to find any discrepancies, damages, and adjusting in the system;
- Coordinate and plan Inbound Trailers for receiving
- Monitor daily Key Performance Indicators and report to Operations Manager

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Experience preferred - warehousing & logistics
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the aptitude to learn new software quickly;
- Ability to work independently and with a team too
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
- Have good communication skills
