Shipping and Receiving Clerk

**Position Summary**
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**_**:_
- To record and receive all incoming goods
- To pick orders when orders come from Order Desk, Technical Service, or Production
- To check and pack orders
- To dispatch and complete bills of lading for shipping
- To perform pick-up and deliveries when needed
- To maintain a clean and tidy work area and perform general housekeeping throughout the warehouse on a daily basis
- Generate BOLs/ Waybills using a shipping software
- Coordinate customs paperwork includes local and international shipment
- Data entry into computer system and Order Entry
- Pick, Pack and Ship Courier Shipments Using Software
- Quality Control and Testing before putting products into Inventory
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally assisting with deliveries
- **Qualifications**:

- Organized and attentive to details related to following work instructions and completing paperwork;
- Safe work practices;
- Excellent work attendance record;
- Be very responsive to “customer” requests;
- Be recognized for tact and good judgment in dealing with others/be able to build solid work relationships,
- Previous experience in a warehouse/shipping environment;
- Experienced in the operation of forklifts.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
