Battat is currently looking for a full-time **Production Studio Assistant **to support the Creative Production Manager in maintaining order and process flow in the studio.

Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you are responsible for assisting all members of the studio team. You will have a hand in managing the sample flow, prioritizing samples, assisting with styling sets and products for photographers and recording daily progress of the entire production studio. Organization and collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with photography, retouching, product, design teams regularly.

**Key Responsibilities**

Set Preparation:

- Collaborate closely with the Creative Production Manager to assist with set preparation tasks such as painting, printing, rearranging walls, and other physical adjustments to create the desired aesthetic.
- Assist in set arrangements when reserving rooms for team members for their individual projects, working closely with the Creative Production Manager to ensure all needs are met.

Pre-Shoot Preparation:

- Prepare and create lists of equipment and gear needed for photo and video pre-shoots to ensure all necessary items are ready and available.
- Equipment Handling:

- Manage all equipment-related tasks, including transporting gear to and from in-house and external locations, charging batteries, and restocking memory cards to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation during shoots.

On-Set Support:

- Provide valuable support to videographers and photographers on set, offering assistance as needed to facilitate the smooth execution of creative projects.

Prop Organization:

- Organize and maintain props for shoots, create and manage a detailed prop inventory to ensure all items are accounted for and readily accessible.

Inventory Management:

- Assist in maintaining and organizing the inventory system for all photo and video equipment;
- Track the availability, condition, and location of each item to ensure efficient workflow alongside the lead videographer and photographers.

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including moving equipment and set pieces;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Experience in a production or studio setting is preferred;
- A passion for creative production and a willingness to learn.

- Photography experience;
- Microsoft and Adobe Suite Experience;
- Capture One knowledge;
- Set knowledge/ experience;
- Experience working with kids.

Relevant au Gestionnaire production créative, vous êtes responsable d'assister tous les membres de l'équipe du studio. Vous devrez gérer le flux et la priorisation des échantillons, aider dans la stylisation des plateaux et des produits pour les photographes puis mettre à jour les progrès quotidiens de l'ensemble du studio de production. L'organisation et la collaboration sont essentielles dans ce rôle, car vous devrez collaborer régulièrement avec les équipes de photographie, de retouche, de produit et de design.
