We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counsellor (Farsi Speaking) who is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to emotional wellness. **Responsibilities**: Provide individual and group counselling sessions to clients, with a focus on Farsi-speaking populations. Conduct mental health assessments and contribute to the development of treatment plans. Support clients in addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional and organizational standards. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services. Offer psychoeducation, resources, and referrals to community supports as needed.

**Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Registration or eligibility for registration with a relevant professional college or association (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW). Previous experience providing counselling in a mental health setting is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Fluency in Farsi is required; proficiency in English is also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic medical record systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
