Lebada Motors was founded in 1999 and has long been known as a well established and now a major player for those requiring alternative financing. We currently have 250 plus vehicles in stock and are Cambridge's only pre-owned Superstore.

You will be a member of a Automotive Sales team of the best finance/sales managers that all work together to achieve the same goals, you must be confident in your abilities. A strong worth ethic and a driven persona thrives in this environment. The ability to work under pressure is a solid asset.

**The Opportunity**

Looking for an automotive sales representative to join our team

This role for a Sales Representative requires overseeing customers and helping provide information to make their purchases in compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies, resulting in a seamless transition, prompt response for the customer and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Our reputation is the most important thing to us so honesty in sales and the way you conduct yourself is paramount.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers to select the right vehicle for them
- Provide information and coordinate test drives
- Present paperwork for vehicle and purchases
- Overcome objections of clients and present them the most beneficial option
- Exemplify commitment to the company’s principles of excellent customer service for all clientele

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**

**- Experience in car sales IS A MUST**
- Excellent time management under strict timelines and working in a demanding environment.
- Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of stamina
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
