Looking for an aggressive individual who wants to be part of a sales team of sales/finance mangers that all work together to accomplish same goals. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow from within and be part of a family oriented business and learn from the very best. It's a guaranteed pay structure which makes it very different than most sales jobs but expectations are there for you to prove yourself and be rewarded for it.

Unique pay structure, potentially reach over $100,000 per year based on EXPERIENCE and production, job is 5 days a week and you get a paid vacation as well due to the commission structure. We are willing to take on high energy, extremely motivated individuals who lack experience and train them to get to the 100k+ eventually as they prove themselves an asset to the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features to potential buyers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective communication and organizational skills to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Proven dealership experience in automotive sales
- Strong retail sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in outside sales and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience in a call-centre style environment booking appointments an asset
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
