The Advisor, Internal Communications will assist the Manager, Internal communications in establishing and maintaining the company's internal communications approaches and maintaining and standardizing the corporate "voice" for all internal Belron Canada communications. He/she will be responsible to deliver internal and external communications programs, including participating in the development and implementation of communications strategies for various initiatives to enhance the appreciation of overall engagement and operational excellence via our internal programs and communications deliverables to internal functions. **Responsibilities**: Internal communications Under the leadership of the Manager, Internal Communications - Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans: - Support key corporate and business unit priorities, organizational change, team engagement strategies, etc. - Create messages for senior level executives; including speeches, video scripts, presentations, and written messages for internal or external use. - Leverage various channels to reach key audiences including digital and visual communications tools and tactics. - Stay informed and understand Belron Global’s Communication Agenda and Belron Canada's to develop and implement an optimal communication approach to our employees. - Reinforce the framework of communications to reduce "silo" communication approaches and promote consistent and clear messaging. - Support any programs, projects, initiatives u - Under the Internal communications accountability: - Office Québécois de la langue Française Belron Intranet portal - Spirit of Belron Challenge, one of the company’s corporate social responsibility programs - Develop Supports social media initiatives with planning, content writing. - Provide communications content for Belron’s Intranet portal. - Coordinate the translation of corporate communications - Graphic Design - Delivering graphic content for various digital and social platforms content for the P&C department- Creates original designs that align to project goals, overall creative direction, and Belron Canada’s brand guidelines - signs that align to project goals, overall creative direction, and Belron Canada’s brand guidelines - Digital format graphic for small forma print / ppt presentation **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience corporate communications at a medium to large organization. Experience in social media and external communications will be an asse - Technical and Professional Skills - Bilingualism 100% (French/English) - Excellent writing skills with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view, and create a concise and well-written narrative - Experience in graphic design is an asset with understanding of branding principles, style guides, and a systematic design rationale - Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in communications - Ability to build relationships with a various senior-level stakeholders across geographies and functions - Creative problem-solver; sees the value in active brainstorming and collaborative innovation - Strong writing and editing skills, with a proven track record across a variety of audience groups and channels - Experience with internal communications campaigns that build engagement and driving adoption among a geographic dispersed stakeholder - Highly adaptable to rapidly changing situations and an ability to prioritize in the heat of the moment - Ability to develop communications in multiple mediums including written communications, talk tracks and power-point presentations - Keenly focused and able to pay painstaking attention to details and develop projects with colleagues in a wide range of locations and job functions We believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.
