Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications & Culture, you will help develop and lead the Internal Communications function at AIM. You will work closely with the HR Department and be responsible for the development and implementation of communications & projects tied to employee engagement and recognition.

**Responsibilities**
- Help to further develop AIM’s corporate communications strategy through impactful communications and initiatives
- In collaboration with the Human Resources Department, educate and engage employees by broadening their awareness of new and existing internal programs (AIM’s People Programs)
- Assist in improving our LinkedIn strategy to help better tell the AIM story and showcase our corporate culture
- Support the development, rollout and maintenance of new People Programs such as Years of Service and the new company Mission, Vision and Values.
- Provide leadership support to internal groups to improve the effectiveness of internal communication throughout the organization
- Provide strategy, guidance and support on change management communications for various HR transformation projects including HRIS
- Ensure that corporate information produced through the Internal Communications Department is relevant, integrated and accessible to all employee groups
- Assist with employee events as required
- Measure the performance of communication tools and interpret the results in order to recommend optimization and continuous improvement actions.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant undergraduate university degree (communications, journalism, marketing).
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a corporate communications role.
- Have an excellent level of bilingualism (French and English).
- Exceptional at written communications (French and English).
- Highly autonomous with a very strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to tight and changing deadlines.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and community management practices.
- Ability to manage various stakeholders (internal and external) and to work on several projects/initiatives simultaneously.
