**Roy Foss Thornhill** is seeking **a Part Time permanent Receptionist/ Greeter** to join our dynamic team.

**About the Receptionist role**:

- Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism.
- Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts departments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
- Answer and manage all incoming phone calls
- Manage and replenish stock of office supplies, coffee stations, water stations, fridges, etc.
- Create, format, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with event logistic coordination, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and equipment setup
- Other administrative duties as needed.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Must be available to work a flexible schedule on weekends and during the week
- Must be able to work independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
- Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Previous dealership reception experience
- Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
- Valid G driver’s licence with a clean abstract
