**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls, providing excellent phone etiquette and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Update the client database accurately and without error.
- Create jobs and budgets, and assign tasks to the appropriate team members.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical client files.
- Prepare and proofread documents and reports as needed.
- Support administrative functions including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to support various clerical duties as required.
- Manages accounts payable to ensure proper and timely payment and recording of expenses.
- Manages accounts receivable to ensure proper and timely receiving and recording of revenue.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing outstanding service.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative and exercise sound judgment.
- Fluency in English, as well as Punjabi or Hindi, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.

**Salary**:
Salary will be offered based on experience.

**Office Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Weekends as required.
