**What You’ll Do**:

- Leadership: Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations while leading, motivating, and mentoring a dynamic retail team.
- Customer Experience: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to quality service.
- Inventory Management: Manage product ordering, receiving, and merchandising to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for employees and customers.
- Community Engagement: Help build Payzant’s reputation in Sackville by fostering customer relationships and representing the store positively.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: Retail management or supervisory experience, ideally in the building supplies or home improvement sector.
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team to success.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
