Assistant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time associate.

We need a hard working, reliable, sales-driven individual who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a small team. Being open-minded is vital to thriving in this type of environment and having a willingness to learn will be an asset.

- **Management receives benefits after 2 years**

- **Employee of the month bonuses, in store sales contests, free products, free gifts and free prizes awarded by head office.**

Duties include but not limited to:

- Assisting the Regional manager in day to day running of the store especially while the Regional Manager is away at other locations.
- Hiring and training new staff,
- Completing weekly management reports and payroll,
- Using a cash register and debit/credit machine,
- Opening and closing duties,
- Cleaning,
- Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves,
- Maintaining organizational systems,
- Performing monthly inventories,
- Meeting sales goals,
- Creating window displays and visual merchandising,
- Assisting customers and making suggestions towards appropriate purchases for their individual needs.

Position Requirements:

- Previous management experience
- Must have at least 1 years of retail and sales experience
- 18 years or older to apply. Some product knowledge is a bonus, as well as experience with lingerie sizing.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lower Sackville, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
- retail sales: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)
