**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Must have experience in procuring materials for custom-built mechanical and electronic projects.
- Should possess a strong understanding of engineering drawings and be able to extract Bills of Materials (BOM) and Procurement Lists for purchasing.
- Responsible for creating Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Purchase Orders (POs), and drafting related special conditions and quality clauses.
- Experienced in purchasing under a stringent Quality Program that manages Supplier Qualifications and ensures items are sourced from qualified vendors.
- Manage supplier deliverables to ensure full compliance with Purchase Order requirements.
- Familiar with procuring both products and services.
- Work closely with Receiving Inspection teams to ensure that received items meet all purchasing requirements and quality standards..

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor management practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
