**Schedule**

Monday - Friday 9AM-530PM, Full-Time,

Location - Montreal, CA

**Duties & Responsibilities**

• Analyze and review pending sale orders to determine if order should ship based on account status.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts including customer calls, account adjustments, customer refunds, small balance write offs and customer reconciliation.
• Provide customer service on behalf of the department to maintain credit limits and address aging invoices.
• Process and analyze customer returns and credits.
• Communicate & follow up effectively with customers on a timely basis.
• Enlist the support of sales and senior management when necessary to resolve issues.
• Establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Perform other departmental duties as needed.

**Requirements**

• Knowledge of Credit & Collections procedures a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented department.
• Effective “team player”.
• Experienced problem-solver with a hands-on, solutions minded approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
