We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, extremely hands-on, and can multitask with the best of them, a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Most important, someone who believes in cultivating an environment where leadership and team development go hand-in-hand and ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable, delicious and joyful experience, every time they visit. **About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive Food & Beverage work experience, with a minimum of four (4) years Food & Beverage leadership experience at a General Manager level.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be an asset.
- An expert in food & beverage restaurant operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
