Our team is currently seeking a hard-working, attentive Barbackfor our Casa Madera. In this role, you'll master the ability to provide support for the F&B team, to ultimately execute the perfect experience for our guests dining experience with us.

**About you...**:

- Passionate about Food and Beverage and previous similar work experience.
- Prior experience working in an upscale, high-volume environment strongly preferred.
- Experience working in extreme weather environments with tropical weather conditions is a plus.
- A high school diploma or GED would be a plus.
- Basic knowledgeable of Food and Beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the hotel.
