**Part-Time Miller and Delivery Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the milling process (which can be physically demanding, requiring lifting 50 lb bags of flour).
- Ensure milled product quality specifications are consistently met.
- Monitor wheat input with proper blending for product specifications.
- Maintain a clean work environment to ensure food safety standards are upheld.
- Package and seal new orders.
- Deliver orders to wholesale customers (must have a reliable car for deliveries; mileage will be reimbursed).

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for deliveries (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lb bags of flour as part of the milling process.
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Availability to work between 8 - 20 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work 4 or 8 hour shifts (day, evening, and morning shifts available).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Pay**: $19.00 per hour

**Expected Hours**: 8 - 20 per week
