Retail Sales Associate Duties Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relations. Provide product recommendations and answer cannabis-related inquiries. Perform all aspects of the Sales Associate role, including stocking, building displays, and maintaining proper inventory levels. Verify product quality, minimize damages, and ensure price accuracy. Operate checkouts and handle cash accurately. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back stock, and washrooms. Follow company policies and regulations, including safety standards and AGLC compliance. Cannabis Delivery Driver Duties Possess a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle with a minimum $1M liability coverage, including OEF 98b and Designated Operations Limitation 10158. Deliver cannabis products safely and promptly within 45 minutes of order placement. Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Verify customer identification before making deliveries. Follow assigned routes, transportation regulations, and safety protocols. Use delivery apps and communicate with customers as necessary. Manage cash floats and collect payments when required. Must be 18 years of age or older. SellSafe certification required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract. Clean criminal record. Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle equipped for winter conditions. 1‑2 years of customer service experience preferred. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills. Familiarity with local Calgary streets and neighborhoods. Passion for cannabis and knowledge of products and accessories. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Open to feedback and professional growth. Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
