Sales Associate/delivery Driver

**Responsibilities**:
**Retail Sales Associate Duties**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relations.
- Provide product recommendations and answer cannabis-related inquiries.
- Perform all aspects of the Sales Associate role, including stocking, building displays, and maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Verify product quality, minimize damages, and ensure price accuracy.
- Operate checkouts and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back stock, and washrooms.
- Follow company policies and regulations, including safety standards and AGLC compliance.

** Cannabis Delivery Driver Duties**:

- Possess a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle with a minimum $1M liability coverage, including OEF 98b and Designated Operations Limitation 10158.
- Deliver cannabis products safely and promptly within 45 minutes of order placement.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Verify customer identification before making deliveries.
- Follow assigned routes, transportation regulations, and safety protocols.
- Use delivery apps and communicate with customers as necessary.
- Manage cash floats and collect payments when required.

Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- SellSafe certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
- Clean criminal record.
- Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle equipped for winter conditions.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local Calgary streets and neighborhoods.
- Passion for cannabis and knowledge of products and accessories.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Open to feedback and professional growth.
- Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
