Mortgage Agent

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating their financial situation and providing appropriate mortgage solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, ensuring clients are informed and supported
- Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth loan closing process
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in mortgage products and services
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or financial services role is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and other financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in French, is highly desirable
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients and lenders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
