We are looking for an organized, knowledgeable bookkeeper to handle our accounts payable and receivable, along with any other financial tasks. As our Bookkeeper, you should have a keen attention to detail. This will ensure that all documents are properly logged, archived and filed. We want to see self-motivation and the ability to multitask. This means that you should be able to work independently and report directly to the CEO. You should hold an accounting degree and be familiar with current tax laws. Being good at math is essential as you will be responsible for balancing all accounts, from booking receipts to calculating payments due. Flexibility is a must as your duties will involve managing multiple projects in various stages of completion at the same time. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping by processing daily transactions.

**Responsibilities**:
Input bookkeeping data into different accounting software.
Create financial reports for various business departments (sales, marketing, payroll etc.).
Maintain filing systems and organize paper records.
Perform basic accounting functions like depositing and withdrawing money from bank accounts.
Manage payroll and prepare employee paychecks.
Prepare invoices and issues bills for payment to customers.
Prepare year-end tax documents.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
