**Part time Bookkeeper - Vancouver**

After 12 years with the CertaPro Vancouver team our bookkeeper is retiring so we are looking for a part time bookkeeper to join the team.

We are a leader in the Commercial and Residential painting industry in Vancouver. Our success has been built on the foundation of delivering certainty to our customers. We focus on the details of every project and most importantly, we focus on our clients.

We are a small team and have an office in Kitsilano. We are excited to welcome a new member to our team.

**Activities**

Full cycle bookkeeper

Issue payroll, all payroll reports and remittances for a small office team

Summarize & issue payment of all Government remittances

Issue payments for accounts payable and help with receivables

Reconcile bank, credit card and vendor statements (predominately paint)

Production of month end reports, for example, Income and Expense, Costing and Trending

Issue ROEs, T4s & T5018s

WCB preparation

Year end preparation

**Skills**

QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite & Excel

Office based but can work remotely

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication

Ability to work independently

**Experience** - 3 years bookkeeping and accounts payable

Approximately 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Our previous bookkeeper was a contractor, but we can support an employee too.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
