**Summary**:
The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking Team Lead, Fundraising Support to work with the Party’s National Office in Ottawa, joining a dedicated team of staff to support Mark Carney and our Liberal team’s work to keep Canada strong.

The Team Lead provides day-to-day support for Solutions Coordinators who work on customer service, data maintenance, outbound fundraising initiatives, and stewardship projects. The Team Lead also provides support to the entire Fundraising Department, helping provide support for their initiatives when necessary. Additionally, the Team Lead assigns tasks, offers training, monitors progress and relays inbound communication trends to ensure exemplary support on behalf of the Liberal Party of Canada.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Prioritizing and reviewing outstanding work and assigning it to Solutions Coordinators
- Building efficiencies in service delivery
- Training staff on their regular duties, reviewing correspondence, and answering questions about inquiries or procedures
- Providing support to other members of the Fundraising Department as required
- Welcoming and leading outbound callers, creating phone banks, creating accounts, completing nightly reports
- Liaise with Speaker’s Bureau for event needs, event postings, and communications
- Liaise with our national events team for ticket sales, event lists, vetting, and event wrap-up.
- Liaise with our Laurier Club team for event needs and stewardship
- Liaise with our Volunteer Manager for nightly HQ volunteer priorities.
- Assist our Field team with engagement projects as required
- Assist the Director with scheduling and reviewing timesheets
- Other duties as required

**You’ll need to have**:

- Significant experience in customer service and program and/or project management
- A demonstrated ability to offer training in a one-on-one and in a team environment
- Fundraising experience/knowledge
- Strong skills in prioritization and people management are an asset
- Experience in campaigning, politics, and/or government are desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French are required and an ability to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages is preferred.
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related field such as; Political Science, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing or Business.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and operational objectives.
- Must excel in mentoring, building capacity and building consensus in a multi-stakeholder team environment.
- May be required to work unusual hours and periods at an accelerated pace.
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
- Must be comfortable appropriately managing important information and reporting to elected officials and their teams.
