**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations
- Lead and motivate a crew to ensure productivity and quality work
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols
- Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, skid steers)
- Communicate with project managers and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage
- Monitor site for potential hazards and implement solutions

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on utility and civil work
- Proven leadership experience as a foreman or crew lead
- Proficient in trenching, excavation, concrete work, road building, curbs, and sidewalks
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license; CDL is an asset
- Ability to read construction plans and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 70 per week
