**About us**

**Laycon Construction Services** is a COR Certified General Contracting Company undertaking Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Formwork, Restoration, Drain Trenching and Excavation projects.

We are seeking for an **experienced Construction Foreman** to join our Crew. Most of our work is located in GTA. You will be required to have following qualifications.

**Job Qualifications**
- Valid and Clean Driving License.
- Minimum 5 years of Construction Experience.
- Knowledge in operation of Tools and Equipments.
- Ability to work in any Weather Conditions.
- Ability to work in a team and assisting on Site Issues.
- Ability to understand drawings and other contract document.
- Must be able to work under little supervision.
- Operating Skid Steer and Mini Excavator is an asset.
- Previous experience in Carpentry is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination with the Crew and assigning the task.
- Scheduling and Coordinating Subcontractors, Clients and Consultants as per the work schedule.
- Report Job Progress and Daily Work Status to Project Manager.
- Preparing and maintaining Safety Records and conduct regular Site Inspection and monitoring Site Safety complying to **OHSA and COR**.
- Report to Health and Safety Manager weekly.
- Monitor and ensure Project Schedule provided by the management are achieved.
- All other duties as directed by project manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
