**Job Overview**

Our hotel is looking for a breakfast cook who can reliably start work at 6am Monday to Friday. Someone with experience in food handling would be ideal but not necessary.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Prepare simple hotel breakfast and maintain stock food and food related items available to guests.
- Attend to guest questions and needs during breakfast hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment or food service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5T 4C8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
