Olly Fresco’s is a fresh prepared food market with one of Canada’s largest selections of ready-to-eat offerings for busy professionals. Our mission is to make fresh, healthy, and nutritious food as affordable as possible and we produce almost all of our offerings in-house every morning from scratch, infusing flavors from around the world to deliver a unique experience to our customers every day.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knife skills, able to process large amounts of food preparation efficiently
- Punctual, reliable, self-starter, motivated.
- Assist the cooks and kitchen leaders in preparation and design of menu items; process and complete multiple customer orders on the service line accurately and efficiently (breakfast items, lunch items etc.)
- Be able to prepare Olly Fresco's recipes accurately. Including knowledge of operating various kitchen equipment, using temperature control, and safe food handling/holding.
- Able to follow company policies; safety and sanitation procedures
- Full time Monday - Friday availability only. **MUST be able to work between the hours of 7am-5pm. Shift may vary.**
- Training will be provided, previous experience is an asset.

Compensation is based on skill level and experience. No evenings or weekends.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

All employees are REQUIRED to wear a mask during their shift and follow all other Olly Fresco's ECC Covid-19 protocols such as daily symptom check-ins, social distancing measures and individual lunch breaks.
