**Your day-to-day will look like**:

- Manage the Accounts Payable process:

- Communicates with vendors and deals with all inquiries in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of all vendor statements
- Meeting month end deadlines
- Coordinate and perform cheque runs, manually and electronically
- Collaborate with other Accounts Receivables team members

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum years of experience: 2
- Education: Accounting Diploma or equivalent
- Considered an asset: Construction industry experience

**Technical Skills**:

- Eclipse and/or other accounting programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly skilled in data entry
- Proficient in organizing electronic files
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Team player
- Skilled in problem solving
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Strong English communication skills

Hall Constructors specializes in large scale excavation, civil infrastructure, highway and bridge construction, underground utilities and site development projects.
