We at Paulette Auto Sales are looking for highly driven individuals that are looking to take a step into the ever-growing automotive industry. We are looking for a full-time Business Development Consultant (BDC) to help us keep our high level of customer service to our valued customers.

Pay does start at $15.50 an hour, with bonus pay to be discussed. Have at least 1 year of BDC experience? Pay is negotiable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to internet leads, and leads we’ve been unable to contact
- Follow-up on internet leads at a set schedule
- Set appointments with salespeople
- Set the initial guest sales experience in a positive note

**Qualifications**
- Interested in a career in the automotive industry
- Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
- Computer-literate
- Great organization skills
- Great work ethic, integrity and driven to succeed
- Experience in customer service is an asset
- OMVIC License (or able to obtain)
- Good communication skills
