As a new consultant, you will develop the skills to run the day to day operations of the spa including:
- Building Rapport with Clients
- Becoming and expert on Planet Beach Services
- Learning about our Products
- Sanitizing Service Rooms
- Laundry
- Answering the Phone / Texting Clients
- Booking Appointments
- Showing Clients our Services
- Making Recommendations based on Client goals
**Qualifications**:
- Completed Grade 12 education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Must be self directed. Have awareness of processes, priorities, and to take appropriate action without being told once training has been completed
- To work independently or in a team
**Compensation**:
Compensation includes Base Hourly Pay + Commission + Tips with a stepped progression plan for consultants willing to learn and demonstrate proficiency in spa operations.
- **All team members will receive a complimentary spa membership, with access to everything at our location**_
- $19/Hour* - Senior Spa Consultant (demonstrated proficiency with operating spa & is a top producing sales associate)
- $18/Hour* - Junior Spa Consultant (demonstrated ability to manage all tasks independently & Confidently lead clients through sales process)
- $17/Hour* - Assistant Consultant (completed training)
- $16/ Hour - Bed Cleaner & Training Wage
*+Commission & Tips
**Hours & Availability**
We are looking to add team members with open availability for the summer, that will also continue to have flexible availability in September for the remainder of the school year.
Must be able to consistently work 3 shifts per week. During the summer, we have a mix of day, afternoon, and evening shifts available.
All team members are required to work some weekend shifts, but not every weekend. We rotate and share
Our schedule is posted 4-6 weeks in advance, allowing for everyone to plan their life
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
