**You have**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or an acceptable combination of education and experience, with demonstrated strong performance in the administration of complex grant agreements.
- Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking)*. Spanish is considered an asset.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in project administration and financial management, preferably with exposure to risk management and contracting.
- An in-depth understanding of policies, procedures and practices governing grant administration.
- An enhanced knowledge of international development.

- Providing financial and administrative advice and support services in all phases of a project’s lifecycle.
- Ensuring the effective and efficient stewardship of resources across a wide variety of projects and externally funded programs.
- Ensuring the compliance of the administrative and financial aspects of the project proposals and considering the associated risks.
- Being the front-line representative of grant administration for grantees and internal clients at IDRC.
- Monitoring risk mitigations of project funds.
- Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).
