**Responsibilities**:
Grant Identification and Research:

- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential grant opportunities aligned with the organization's mission and projects.
- Stay updated on funding trends, guidelines, and eligibility criteria from various government agencies, foundations, and private donors.

Proposal Development:

- Customize proposals to meet the specific requirements and priorities of different funding sources.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between proposed projects and funder priorities.

Budgeting:

- Work closely with the finance department to develop accurate and realistic budgets for grant proposals.
- Ensure that proposed budgets align with the funder's guidelines and requirements.

Proposal Submission:

- Manage the timely submission of grant proposals, ensuring that all required documentation and attachments are included.
- Monitor and track the status of submitted proposals.

Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with grant-making organizations, program officers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and networking events to stay connected with potential funders.

Grant Reporting:

- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to grantors, detailing project progress, outcomes, and financial expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements outlined in grant agreements.

Compliance and Ethics:

- Stay informed about legal and ethical considerations related to grant writing and fundraising.

Grant Management:

- Collaborate with the program team to ensure effective implementation of funded projects.
- Monitor grant timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet funder expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, etc.).
- Proven experience in grant writing, with a track record of successfully securing funding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial reporting.

**Preferred**:

- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certification in grant writing or fundraising.
- Experience working in the nonprofit sector.
- Familiarity with relevant industry-specific terminology and regulations.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
