We are hiring a Dispatcher for booking loads at our **Milton **office and that Dispatcher is responsible for the scheduling and dispatch for USA Drivers. Must have 2 Year Experience.

**Main Responsibilities include**:

- Inbound/Outbound dispatch.
- Booking Loads from Load Link as required
- Direct the pick-up and delivery activities of drivers
- Provide accurate directions for pick-up and delivery services
- Coordinating with different parties - internal and external
- Communicating with outside carriers/customers
- Able to work independently
- Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers
- Positive attitude with a willingness to get the job done quickly

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years experience is must
- Own Customer Base will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Transportation industry.
- Familiarity with Dispatch Software(Trimble)
- Understanding of Canada/US geography.
- Knowledge of ACE/ACI and Customs/Border Crossing.
- Working ability with MS Word and Excel.
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Creative and effective problem solving ability.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
