**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to promote Japanese seafood products to restaurants, retailers, and food service providers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Japanese food sector, including sushi restaurants, Japanese supermarkets, and specialty food stores.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, providing product education and support tailored to Japanese culinary practices.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and meet sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the seafood, food service, or Japanese cuisine sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese seafood products, such as sushi-grade fish, shellfish, seaweed, and specialty items.
- Fluent in English and Japanese; proficiency in Chinese and/or Korean is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and seafood, with an understanding of cultural nuances.
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license.
