**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform grooming services including bathing, clipping, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for dogs of various breeds and sizes.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any health issues that may require attention.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
- Handle pets safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming services, recommendations, and aftercare.
- Keep up-to-date with grooming trends and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a dog groomer with a portfolio of previous work.
- Certification in dog grooming is a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of dog breeds and grooming techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with pet owners.
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards animals.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed while handling various sizes of pets safely.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care is critical for success in this role.

**Work Hours**:

- Flexible hours with a minimum commitment required.
- You will determine your own schedule based on availability and client bookings.
