Restaurant Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
