We are looking to add an HR Recruiter to the team the main duties/qualifications are listed below.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Past related experience in recruitment (minimum 1 year)

**MAJOR DUTIES**:

- Full-cycle Recruitment/Selection: prepare internal and external job postings, arrange interviews, interact with unsuccessful applicants
- Conduct new hire orientations.
- Perform reference checks.
- Attend job fairs and school partnerships to recruit new staff
- Up-to-date on general HR policies/Ontario Labour Board policies

.Other Recruitment Activities as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
