Catalyst Health is a boutique health and fitness facility that specializes in _**Personal Training**_, _**Chiropractic**_, _**Physiotherapy**_, _**Acupuncture**_, _**Active-Rehab Training**_, _**Infrared Sauna**_ and _**Nutritional Services**_.

A Client Relations Manager maintains an ongoing level of engagement with clients of the business. As a Client Relations Manager, you will build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image.
- **We are looking for an experienced Client Relations Manager to be responsible for engaging with clients by building and preserving trusting relationships**_. The Client Relations Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

You should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You should have experience as a Client Relations Manager with an extensive background in the customer service industry. Ability to navigate Google Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Business Suite). Experience using the Jane booking software is a strong asset, but not required.
- **Primary Responsibilities**:_
- Foster client relationships. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to increase client retention and satisfaction, and profitability.
- Address any concerns or issues a client may have and work with above leadership to resolve them.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and employees with a positive attitude.
- Learn the needs of clients and develop plans to meet them.
- Regularly check in on clients to ensure they're satisfied with the company and our services
- Support and guide service representatives by monitoring their work and working collaboratively with them to produce a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Minimum Qualifications + Skills Required**:_
- **Confidence and Knowledge** when presenting the services and offerings of Catalyst to clients
- **Advanced customer service** skills to remain personable with clients to build relationships and establish yourself as a reliable source for the client to turn to with any questions or concerns
- **Team building and collaboration abilities** when working with other departments to develop strategies that benefit clients
- **Strong problem-solving** skills to help clients overcome any obstacles and develop solutions that enhance the clients' efficiency and productivity

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
