**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pretty Good Painting, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.**:

- **Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.**:

- **Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with team members to allocate resources effectively.**:

- **Monitor job performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.**:

- **Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.**:

- **Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.**:

- **Input and track data and prepare reports for management to drive strategic decision-making.**:

- **Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).**:

- **Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the construction or painting industry.**:

- **Strong leadership and team management skills.**:

- **Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.**:

- **Proficient in project management software and Google suite.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.**
