We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are seeking a Inventory Control Counter - Production. This role will be based out of our Eastside Facility in Etobicoke. The hours of work will be** 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.** **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Execute spot/cycle counts of production floor inventory - Ensure counts are done timely and accurately. Ensure return components are properly counted, identified and ready for warehouse receipt and put away - Liaise with Warehouse to ensure return inventory is located physically in appropriate locations - Create return work on system for warehouse processing - Assist Inventory Control team in maintaining accurate inventory records Assist Control Tower associates in keeping production line clear during changeovers - Review and understand Deciem inventory management policies and procedures - Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners - Observe and review standard processes and suggest changes or improvements where applicable - Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met - Compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking) **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills - Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs - Effective time management and communication skills - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc. - Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain is an asset **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
